What are your shipping times and costs?
We offer carbon-neutral shipping across Europe. Orders within Germany typically arrive in 2-3 business days, while international EU orders take 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Do you offer a warranty on refurbished cameras?
Yes, all our refurbished analog cameras and electronic equipment come with a 6-month limited warranty covering mechanical and electronic defects to ensure your peace of mind.
How can I track my film processing order?
Once your film reaches our lab and is logged into our system, you will receive an email with a tracking ID. You can use this ID on our 'Order Status' page to see the real-time progress of your development and scans.
What is your return policy for electronics?
You can return unused electronics and accessories in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that sensitized goods like unexposed film cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna for flexible financing options.
How do I receive my digital scans?
Once your film has been developed and scanned, we will send a secure download link via WeTransfer or Dropbox to the email address provided during checkout. Links are valid for 30 days.
