At Safelight Berlin, we want to ensure your photography gear meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your electronics purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend using a tracked service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the device, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
